We deliver on Friday afternoons. Home deliveries will be made between 2pm and 6pm. If you are picking up from a hub, please wait until 5pm to collect your order.
- Delivery enquiries: On Fridays from 10am until 8pm you can call the following mobile number to enquire about deliveries: 07958 355 704. The number is also answered on Tuesday evenings between 7pm -10pm.

SHOP OPENING TIMES
Our shop is open all week. The order deadline is 8pm Tuesday for delivery the following Friday. Any orders placed from Tuesday at 8pm will be delivered on Friday of the following week. You can see the delivery date for the order you are placing at the top of the 'Shop' screen.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Contact us on bancorganics@gmail.com if you would like to amend or set up a subscription. Or you can choose the ‘Banc Organics Subscription’ from the shop and we will contact you.
Subscription orders are automatically created when the shop opens. So you will receive a confirmation of your subscription order on a Tuesday evening, for delivery on Friday of the following week.
Your email confirmation shows the delivery date of every order.
REFUNDS
Inevitably some items cannot be delivered, this is usually because we were unable to harvest enough to meet demand (we try to estimate harvests but sometimes fall a little short), the wholesaler didn't deliver or produce was found to be substandard at packing. We normally note this in the packing shed and issue refunds.
If you are missing an item and it hasn't been noted on the packing slip in your box (with an 'N/A') then please inform us by email. Refunds are normally processed on Mondays.
Allergens
We grow and pack a wide range of fresh produce including CELERY. Due to the nature of our business we cannot be entirely sure that there is no cross contamination. Standard set bags may contain CELERY.
Prepacked wholefoods may contain alergens listed on their labels, please enquire if you need more details.
