Who we are
Nush is a small artisan food business based in Norwich, NR4. We make Zeytoon Parvardeh, a centuries-old Persian recipe from the lush, forested provinces of northern Iran, fresh every week in Norwich. Every jar is handcrafted in a certified 5-star hygiene-rated kitchen by a qualified food handler holding a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate.
What is Zeytoon Parvardeh?
Zeytoon Parvardeh means "nurtured olives" in Farsi. Plump green olives are blended with walnuts, pomegranate molasses, fresh lemon, golpar (Persian hogweed), sumac, and dried herbs to create a rich, tangy, deeply flavourful mezze. Vegan, vegetarian, and packed with healthy fats and antioxidants. Wonderful alongside bread, cheese, and wine or as the centrepiece of a mezze spread.
Ingredients
Green olives (Hojiblanca), walnuts, organic pomegranate molasses, organic extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried mint, dried coriander, dried parsley, garlic powder, fresh garlic, sumac, golpar (Persian hogweed seed (Heracleum persicum)), black pepper.
Allergens: Contains tree nuts (walnuts). Made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
How to order
Orders open every week and must be placed before the order cycle closes on Thursday evening. We prepare everything fresh over the weekend, and you collect on Saturday morning near the University of East Anglia, Bluebell Road, NR4, Norwich. The exact collection address is sent in your order confirmation email.
Storage and shelf life
Keep refrigerated at all times. Best enjoyed within 10 days of collection.
Payment
Pay by bank transfer using your OFN order number as the reference, or pay cash on collection. Bank details are included in your order confirmation email.
