How it works
We operate both a delivery and a click and collect system. Our online market opens weekly between Yday Xam and Yday X am.
Each week you can order top quality meat, dairy, fish, vegetables, fruit and more online, picking from different producers just as though you were at a farmers market. Place and pay for your order online (more details on this below) between Yday and Yday morning and choose :

Collection
You can pick up your order at:

Please bring your own shopping bags as we are aiming to reduce waste to a minimum.
We operate a covid-safe policy. You can collect your order safely from both of our collection points - everything is arranged to keep you away from other people.
Delivery
Delivery to your door for £3 if you live within the postoce area. We use electric cargo bikes and for delivery- see our delivery area here.
Delivery takes place on Yday afternoon. Note someone must be available to accept delivery as orders may have perishable, chilled or frozen items. If you won’t be in, please leave a suitable container for your order and a cool bag if you have ordered any chilled or frozen produce. If we can't find a cold box or container, and you are not in, we will leave your order outside your front door.

Using the online shop
Here are some tips to ensure you get the most out of your shopping online - remember that you can only shop between Xam each Yday, to Xam each Yday.
1. Click on the 'shop' tab above to see what is in stock this week and start shopping. It's a market so products change regularly.
2. Use the 'filters'. We have many hundreds of items, so to help you find what you are interested in, you need to use the 'filter by' categories on the top right hand corner of the screen eg 'dairy', 'vegetarian', vegetables etc. Be sure to unclick the filter when you want to browse a new category (filter).
3. If you want more than one item of anything, just click 'add' or increase the number from 1 to whatever you want.
4. You can check your basket and return to shopping as many times as you like.
5. When you checkout, you can do this as a guest, or open your own account, which means that future orders are very quick as all your details are saved.
6. Payment is through a safe online system called Stripe which is very safe. If we need to make a refund to you, this is done through the same system.
