Our normal order cycles (bread, veg etc, and delivery to Ullapool) open on Saturday at 9am, and close the following day, Sunday, 8pm, with deliveries on Tuesday morning or pickup from Elphin Tearooms on Tuesday between 11am and 6pm (or contact us to pick up outside those times).
Our next order dates are:
- Shop opens Sat 25th July for delivery on Tue 28th July
- Shop opens Sat 8th August for delivery on Tue 11th August
- Shop opens Sat 22nd August for delivery on Tue 25th August

Welcome to The Green Bowl
We hope you enjoy your shopping experience here, and enjoy the amazing local food you buy.
We supply quality local meat, eggs, vegetables, herbs and baking, all produced in Elphin and Knockan.
All our meat products are supplied frozen, unless stated otherwise.

We are open for orders between 9am Saturday and 8pm Sunday every week. Your order will then be delivered to your door on Tuesday mornings if you live between Elphin and Leckmelm (including anywhere in Ullapool). Or, if you live somewhere else (or just fancy a drive) you can pick up your order from the Elphin Tearooms on Tuesday (between 11am and 6pm - the Tearooms are open until 4pm).
We also occasionally deliver further afield, especially to wider Assynt and Coigach - follow our Facebook page to keep up to date with all the news (www.facebook.com/GreenBowlFood).

Step 1: Browse through our shop (click here to go directly to the shop) to see what we have available. You can search for items by name, or filter them based on categories (on the right hand side).
Step 2: Add items to your basket.
Step 3: Once you have everything you want, checkout your basket, choosing your delivery option (home delivery or pickup), and use your credit or debit card to pay through the secure checkout.
Step 4: Wait a couple of days for your amazing local produce to be delivered (or until you can pick it up from us)!
